Martin Burlas (born October 23, 1955, Bratislava ) is a Slovak composer.

In addition to studying at grammar school, he had private piano lessons in 1971-1975 with Maria Masarikova and learned composition from Juraj Hatríka. From 1975 to 1980 he studied composition at VŠMU with Ján Cikker. After graduation he worked for six years as a music director in the publishing house Opus and for seven years as a music director of the Slovak Radio. In 1986, he founded the musical ensemble Maťkovia, later Maťka. He was a member of Veni Ensemble, Sleepy Motion, Vitebsk Broken with Peter Machajdík, and founded the Dogma group along with Ľubomír Burgr, Zuzana Piussi and Daniel Salontay.

Together with Daniel Matej and Ján Boleslav Kladiv, he is a member of the trio for contemporary music OVER4tea.
