Radical Din Val was a Romanian post-punk/new wave band, formed in 1995, in Timișoara, and disbanded in 2001. Their first band name, Radical in Cal (square root of a horse) was chosen in 1997. In 1999, the members decided that Radical Din Val (square root of a wave) would be a more suitable name.

Radical Din Val played at the Underground Timișoara Festival (1998, 1999, 2000), Studentfest, Europe's Day Fest, and other festivals and concerts, and were featured on the Dark Romania compilation with two of their tracks ('Suflet Comun' and 'Extratechristul')
