Paap Kõlar (born October 18, 1954) is an Estonian drummer, part of Prog Rock / Jazz fusion inspired bands Psycho (between 1973 and 1978) and Radar (1978-1987).
He is currently the founder and owner of the companies Paap Kõlar Safari Center in Otepää and Surf Paradiis in Hiiumaa.
