Urmas Lattikas (born August 17, 1960 in Tapa) is an Estonian composer and jazz pianist.
He graduated from Tapa Music School in 1974 with a degree in piano and from 1986 with a degree in composition from the Estonian Academy of Music, where he studied under Eino Tamberg. He continued his education in 1990 in Boston, at the Berklee College of Music, in composition and jazz piano.
In 1983 he founded a jazz quintet under his own name.
He has been a member of the Estonian Composer's Union since 2000.
