Anda Bozhidarova Palieva (Анда Палиева) is a Bulgarian musicologist, composer and conductor.

Anda Palieva graduated from music theory, composition and conducting studies at the Pancho Vladigerov State Academy of Music, and later continued her studies at Moscow and Leipzig. She became assistant professor of Music and Ethnomusicology at the Pancho Vladigerov State Academy of Music in 1988, and associate professor in 2000. She currently heads this department at the academy.

She was head of the Sofia Concert Directorate and the founder of the Experimental Studio for Contemporary Music, one of the founders of the Society for New Music in Bulgaria, and a member of the ISCM. She was also one of the founders of the "Musica Nova" international festival, in 1993, and the deputy Minister of Culture in Simeon Saxe-Coburg-Gotha's government.
