Inguna Černova (now Inguna Rubene) is a Latvian flute player, guitarist, bassoonist, singer, songwriter and founding member of the Latvian avant-garde and electronic music group 19 gadi pirms sākuma (19 Years Before the Beginning) active from 1988 to 1991.
She was also a member of the musical project NSRD (Workshop For The Restoration Of Unfelt Feelings), where Inguna Černova was the only professional musician to join Hardijs Lediņš and Juris Boiko.
