Anatoli Kohout

Anatoli "Tolja" Kohout (real name Anatoli Miloslavovič Kohout [1], born September 9, 1946 Bratislava , Czechoslovakia - died October 9, 2007 Pardubice, Czech Republic) [2] was a Czech rock drummer who was a part of several Czech music groups (particularly Katapult, but also Energit and Etc...) and also active as a studio musician. In the 1980s, he emigrated to England, where he opened a musical instrument store. In the following decade, he returned to Czechoslovakia and rejoined the Katapult group, where he worked with (with a few breaks) up until 2007. He died of prostate cancer on October 9, 2007 at the age of 61.
