The band was founded in 1981 in Zduńska Wola. The seeds were created by Dariusz Kulda - guitar, vocals (ex- Stress ) and Wojtek "Czaruś" Jagielski - drums (ex- Stress ) at NZS music workshops in Stańczyki near Suwałki . Together with Andrzej Zeńczewski (who later played, among others, in the bands Independence of Triangles , Daab , T.Love , and Szwagierkolaska) prepared the first three joint recordings. Soon after, Control W. was established. Apart from Kulda and Jagielski, the band was joined by Katarzyna K. (Darek's sister) - vocals and Wiktor Jakś - bass guitar.

In 1982, the group appeared in the competition of the 3rd Review of Young Generation Music - Jarocin '82 and received a distinction, in the same year at the third edition of the Łódź Review of Lodz Rock Groups " Rockowisko '82 " took second place (behind the Reserve). In the autumn of 1982, six songs were recorded at Radio Łódź studio , published after sixteen years on a CD entitled " Abandoned Generation " .
